Pulse Roadside Services is headquartered in Arlington, Texas at 4621 S. Cooper St., Suite 233, placing us at the heart of the Arlington–Mid-Cities corridor. This central location allows our technicians to respond quickly across the six cities we serve—Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving, Hurst, Euless, and Bedford—the tight cluster of communities lining I-30, Highway 360, and Highway 183 between Arlington and DFW Airport.
Unlike national roadside assistance companies that route your emergency call through a distant call center and dispatch whichever tow truck operator bids lowest, Pulse Roadside Services employs local technicians who live and work in this area. We know the I-30 and Highway 360 interchange gets backed up during rush hour. We know which side streets provide faster access to Grand Prairie and Irving neighborhoods. We understand how construction on Loop 820 affects routing to Hurst-Euless-Bedford. We've changed flat tires on SH-161 (President George Bush Turnpike) and delivered fuel along Highway 183 (Airport Freeway) through the mid-cities dozens of times.
Our Arlington base means typical response times of 20-30 minutes for central Arlington locations during normal traffic conditions, and 25-40 minutes for Grand Prairie, Irving, Hurst, Euless, and Bedford depending on exact location and current traffic. When you call 1-877-47-PULSE (877-477-8573), you reach our team directly—no call center intermediary, no confusion about your location, no delays while a dispatcher tries to understand North Texas geography. We know exactly where you are and how to get there fast.
Whether you're stranded with a dead battery in the AT&T Stadium parking lot after a Cowboys game, locked out of your car at UT Arlington, sitting on a flat tire on I-20 in south Arlington, or ran out of gas on Highway 183 near DFW Airport, Pulse Roadside Services provides the fast, professional, courteous assistance you need to get back on the road safely.
Our headquarters city. Fastest response times throughout all Arlington neighborhoods from Downtown Arlington to south Arlington, UT Arlington campus area, Arlington Highlands, The Parks Mall district, Cooper Street corridor, Dalworthington Gardens, and Pantego. We serve I-30, I-20, Highway 360, and every residential street.

Learn more about Bedford, TXComplete service throughout Hurst including the Pipeline Road corridor, Northeast Mall area, Loop 820 access, residential neighborhoods, and Hurst Conference Center district. We know the mid-cities traffic patterns for fastest response during rush hours.
Learn more about Hurst, TXWhen your car breaks down on a busy North Texas highway or you're stranded in an unfamiliar neighborhood, you don't have time to wait for a national roadside assistance company to route your call through a call center in another state, dispatch the cheapest available tow truck operator who may or may not know the area, and hope someone eventually arrives. You need local experts who know exactly where you are and can navigate there efficiently despite traffic, construction, and the ever-changing conditions on our roads.
Pulse Roadside Services operates from 4621 S. Cooper St. in Arlington—the anchor of the Arlington–Mid-Cities corridor. This strategic location means we're positioned to reach Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving, Hurst, Euless, and Bedford with nearly equal speed. Our technicians don't just work in this area; they live here. They drive these same roads daily. They know that I-30 westbound backs up from Highway 360 to Cooper Street every weekday between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM. They know the Loop 820 stretch through the mid-cities experiences slowdowns near the Highway 183 and Highway 121 junctions. They understand that accessing Irving and Las Colinas off SH-114 or SH-161 requires knowing the local street grid rather than forcing highway routes. They know Highway 183 (Airport Freeway) through the mid-cities sees constant DFW Airport traffic and construction delays.
This intimate familiarity with the corridor's road network translates directly to faster response times when you're stranded. While a national company's dispatcher consults a map and tries to understand North Texas geography from a thousand miles away, our team already knows the fastest route to your location based on current time of day, typical traffic patterns, and ongoing construction projects. We don't waste precious minutes figuring out where you are—we're already on the way.
As our headquarters city, Arlington receives our absolute fastest response—typically 20-30 minutes during normal traffic conditions for most locations. Arlington is Texas's seventh-largest city and home to over 400,000 residents, major employers like General Motors, the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), and world-famous sports and entertainment venues including AT&T Stadium (Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Field (Texas Rangers), and Six Flags Over Texas. Our technicians serve roadside emergencies throughout every Arlington district:

Epic Central Entertainment District: Grand Prairie's growing entertainment zone includes Bass Pro Shops, movies, restaurants, and attractions. Regular service to shoppers and diners includes jump starts, lockouts, and flat tire changes in large parking lots.
Grand Prairie Residential Areas: Complete coverage of neighborhoods throughout Grand Prairie including established areas and new developments. We serve families at home with dead battery service in driveways, flat tire changes before work or school runs, and all emergency roadside needs.
Access to Grand Prairie from our Arlington base is quick via Highway 360 north or I-30 east, with typical response times of 25-35 minutes for most Grand Prairie locations during normal traffic.
Irving sits in Dallas County on the east side of DFW Airport, forming the eastern anchor of our corridor. Home to Las Colinas, the Toyota Music Factory, and a major concentration of corporate headquarters and hotels, Irving generates constant roadside assistance needs from business travelers, commuters, and residents.
Las Colinas Business District: Complete coverage of the Las Colinas corporate campuses, the Urban Center, Lake Carolyn area, and surrounding office towers. Common calls include parking garage lockouts, dead batteries from parking all day, and flat tires for business travelers and office workers.
DFW Airport East Side and Hotels: We provide frequent assistance to travelers staying at the many hotels along the airport's east side in Irving—dead batteries in hotel parking lots, lockouts when rushing to catch flights, flat tires discovered after parking for business trips, and fuel delivery when unfamiliar with gas station locations.
SH-114 and SH-161 (Bush Turnpike) Corridors: These major routes carry heavy commuter and airport traffic through Irving. We respond to breakdowns along both corridors, understanding toll road protocols and safe service positioning on high-speed routes.
Highway 183 (Airport Freeway) Through Irving: This route connects DFW Airport through Irving toward Dallas, carrying constant airport employee traffic and travelers. We cover the Irving segment efficiently.
Irving Residential Areas: Complete coverage of neighborhoods throughout Irving including established areas near downtown Irving and newer developments in Las Colinas. We serve families at home with dead battery service in driveways, flat tire changes, and all emergency roadside needs.
Access to Irving from our Arlington base is quick via Highway 360 north to SH-114 or SH-183, with typical response times of 30-40 minutes for most Irving locations during normal traffic.

Pulse Roadside Services responds to emergencies on every major highway, tollway, and arterial road across the Arlington–Mid-Cities corridor. Our technicians understand highway safety protocols, position service vehicles to protect you from traffic, deploy warning devices, and work efficiently to minimize your exposure time on dangerous roadways.
Interstate 20 (I-20): This major east-west interstate runs along south Arlington and into Dallas County. We cover the corridor segment, responding to breakdowns, flat tires, fuel exhaustion, dead batteries, and accidents. Summer heat causes frequent overheating on I-20's long stretches between exits.
Interstate 30 (I-30): Perhaps the busiest route through our coverage area, I-30 runs east-west through Arlington and Grand Prairie toward downtown Dallas. This heavily-traveled corridor sees constant roadside emergencies—we respond multiple times daily to I-30 calls throughout Arlington and Grand Prairie. Rush hour congestion (7-9 AM eastbound, 4-7 PM westbound) affects our response times but we navigate efficiently using access roads when necessary.
Highway 360: This critical north-south route runs from Highway 183 near DFW Airport south through Grand Prairie, Arlington (where it's often called "the 360"), and continues beyond I-20. Heavy commuter traffic and frequent construction create challenging conditions, but our Arlington base location provides quick access to Highway 360 throughout the corridor.
Loop 820 (I-820): The loop passes through the mid-cities, connecting Hurst and the Northeast Mall area to Highway 183 and Highway 121. It experiences congestion, construction zones, and accidents. We cover the mid-cities stretch, understanding current construction locations, typical backup areas, and alternate routing when sections are blocked.
Highway 183 (Airport Freeway): Connecting DFW Airport through the mid-cities (Euless, Bedford, Hurst) and Irving toward Dallas, this route carries constant airport employee traffic and travelers. We respond regularly to Highway 183 emergencies throughout the corridor.

President George Bush Turnpike (SH-161): Running north-south through eastern Grand Prairie and Irving, this tollway sees regular breakdowns requiring careful service positioning due to high-speed traffic. We connect it to Highway 183 and DFW Airport access.
Major Arterial Roads: Beyond highways, we serve breakdowns on major arterial roads throughout the corridor including Cooper Street, Collins Street, Division Street, Abram Street (Arlington), Pipeline Road (Hurst), Carrier Parkway (Grand Prairie), MacArthur Boulevard and O'Connor Road (Irving), and countless other major and minor roads. Our technicians know the local street network and navigate efficiently whether you're on a major highway or a quiet residential street.
Central Arlington locations (within 3-4 miles of our headquarters at 4621 S. Cooper St.): 20-30 minutes during normal traffic conditions, potentially faster for nearby emergencies.
Outer Arlington, nearby Grand Prairie: 25-35 minutes typical response.
Central Grand Prairie, Hurst, Euless, Bedford: 25-40 minutes typical response depending on exact location and traffic.
Irving (Las Colinas, DFW east side): 30-40 minutes depending on exact location.
Factors affecting response time:
We always provide an honest estimated arrival time when you call and update you promptly if conditions change. If you're in immediate danger (vehicle in traffic lane, unsafe location, medical emergency), inform our dispatcher immediately—we prioritize truly urgent situations and may coordinate with police/emergency services if needed.
Direct local dispatch: You call our number, you reach our team directly—no call center intermediary, no multi-state dispatch network, no confusion about your location.
Local technicians who live here: Our technicians are your neighbors. They know these roads because they drive them every day. They understand corridor geography, traffic patterns, construction zones, and shortcuts.
Faster response: Local knowledge and local positioning mean we arrive faster than competitors routing calls through distant call centers.
Community investment: This is our home. Our reputation across the Arlington–Mid-Cities corridor matters to us personally and professionally. We don't treat you as a number in a national database—you're a neighbor who needs help.
Consistent quality: We employ our own technicians rather than dispatching to the lowest-bidding subcontractor. You get consistent, professional service every time.
Wide daily availability: We're available Sunday–Friday, 6 AM–11 PM (closed Saturdays), including most holidays. We cover early mornings and evenings when many providers don't.
Comprehensive services: Jump starts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout service, and general emergency roadside assistance—we handle the full range of common roadside problems.
Transparent pricing: We quote prices honestly over the phone before dispatching. No surprise fees, no hidden charges.
While the Arlington–Mid-Cities corridor is our primary coverage area, our technicians occasionally assist in nearby areas when positioned close by:
West Dallas County (Grand Prairie, Irving, Coppell): When our technicians are in eastern Grand Prairie or near DFW Airport, we sometimes assist in nearby Dallas County locations beyond our core cities.
Airport-area communities: When positioned near DFW, we can occasionally reach travelers and residents in the immediate airport vicinity.
If you're just outside our corridor, call us anyway—depending on current technician positions and availability, we may be able to help. If we can't reach you promptly, we can often recommend a reliable provider in your area.
Dead Battery / Jump Start Service: The most common roadside emergency we handle. Car won't start because battery died from lights left on, old battery that won't hold charge, alternator failure, parasitic drain, or extreme temperature effects. We arrive with professional jump start equipment, get your car started safely, test the battery and charging system when possible, and advise whether you need immediate battery replacement or can safely drive to a service center. Available throughout our coverage area Sunday–Friday, 6 AM–11 PM.
Flat Tire / Tire Change Service: Flat tire from nail, pothole damage, sidewall failure, valve stem leak, or worn tire blowout. We change your flat tire to your spare (if you have a functional spare), inflate the spare to proper pressure, and get you safely mobile so you can drive to a tire shop for repair or replacement. If you don't have a spare or your spare is also flat, we can often tow you to the nearest tire shop (additional towing fee applies). Highway flat tires are especially dangerous—we handle them with extreme care, positioning our service vehicle to protect you while working quickly.
Fuel Delivery / Out of Gas Service: Ran out of fuel due to inaccurate fuel gauge, misjudging remaining range, or simply forgetting to fill up. We bring enough gasoline or diesel to get you to the nearest gas station, typically 2-3 gallons. Fuel delivery is especially common on highways where the next exit is miles away or in unfamiliar areas where drivers don't know gas station locations. We carry fuel in approved safety containers and follow proper safety protocols.
Lockout Service / Car Door Unlocking: Locked keys inside vehicle—extremely common with push-button start vehicles where key fob is locked inside. We safely unlock your vehicle door without damaging paint, windows, locks, or weather stripping using professional lockout tools. Lockout calls surge during stressful situations: after events when people rush to leave, in parking lots when grabbing shopping bags or kids' sports equipment, during rain when people exit quickly, and in the chaos of daily life. We've unlocked cars at AT&T Stadium parking lots, UT Arlington campus, shopping malls, apartment complexes, school parking lots, and driveways throughout the corridor.
Emergency Roadside Assistance: General category for other roadside problems—minor mechanical issues, overheating (we can add coolant if that's the simple fix), stuck in mud/snow (limited winching available), and other situations where you need immediate help to get mobile or safely off the roadside. Call us to describe your situation and we'll let you know if we can help or if you need a tow truck.
Highway breakdowns are inherently dangerous. Fast-moving traffic on I-20, I-30, Highway 360, Highway 183, Loop 820, and other major routes creates serious risk for disabled vehicles and anyone standing nearby. Our technicians receive training in highway safety protocols and follow strict procedures:
Service vehicle positioning: We position our truck to create a protective barrier between you and oncoming traffic whenever possible, using our vehicle's size and emergency lights to warn approaching drivers and deflect potential impacts away from you and your vehicle.
Warning device deployment: We deploy reflective cones, warning triangles, and emergency lighting to alert approaching traffic well in advance of your disabled vehicle's location.
TXDOT safety compliance: Texas Department of Transportation establishes safety standards for roadside service operations. We follow these guidelines.
Risk assessment: Some highway situations are too dangerous for safe roadside service. If your vehicle is in a live traffic lane, on a narrow shoulder with no safe work space, on a blind curve, or in another extremely hazardous position, our technician may recommend immediate towing to a safe location rather than attempting roadside service. Your safety and our technician's safety take priority over saving the cost of a tow.
Communication: We communicate clearly about safety—where you should position yourself (usually inside vehicle with seatbelt fastened, or far from roadway if vehicle position is unsafe), what we're doing, and when it's safe to return to your vehicle.
Quick work: On highways, we work as quickly as safety allows to minimize everyone's exposure to traffic danger.
Get your vehicle off the travel lane if possible—even a few feet onto the shoulder dramatically improves safety.
Turn on hazard flashers immediately to warn approaching traffic.
Stay in your vehicle with seatbelt fastened and doors locked unless the vehicle position is too dangerous (in traffic lane, smoke/fire, near-miss crashes happening around you). If you must exit, move far from the roadway (beyond guardrail if present) and away from your vehicle.
Call us immediately at 1-877-47-PULSE to get help on the way.
Provide your exact location: Highway name, direction of travel (north/south/east/west), nearest cross street or exit number, nearest mile marker, which side of road, and any visible landmarks. The more specific you are, the faster we can find you.
Stay alert to your surroundings—watch traffic, watch for unsafe behaviors from other drivers (texting drivers drifting toward shoulder), and be ready to move if necessary.
Don't attempt repairs yourself on a busy highway unless you're a professional—it's too dangerous. Wait for our technician.
Keep children and pets inside the vehicle secured safely—never let kids or animals roam near highway traffic.
Don't accept help from strangers approaching on foot—unfortunately, roadside breakdowns attract criminals. Stay in your locked vehicle and wait for our clearly-marked service vehicle.
DFW International Airport: While we can service the DFW Airport area including airport hotels (Marriott, Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Hyatt Regency, etc.), airport employee parking areas, and rental car facilities near the airport, the airport property itself restricts commercial roadside service vehicles. If you're broken down on airport grounds (terminal curbs, cell phone lots, internal roads), contact airport operations or your rental car company first—they typically handle on-airport breakdowns. We serve the extensive hotel and business areas surrounding DFW in Irving and Euless.
Gated Communities: The corridor has numerous gated residential communities and private streets. We can access these when you provide gate codes, call ahead to security/gatehouse, or meet us at the gate entrance. Some communities require advance authorization—if possible, notify your HOA or property management that roadside assistance is coming.
Private Property (Shopping Centers, Business Parks, Apartment Complexes): We can service vehicles on private property with your authorization as the vehicle owner/driver. Shopping center parking lots, apartment complex parking, business park parking—we arrive just like any service vehicle. Property owners rarely object to brief roadside assistance (we're helping you leave, after all), but if you're parked in a prohibited area or face towing threats, inform us so we can work extra quickly.
College Campuses (UT Arlington): UT Arlington allows roadside assistance providers onto campus to service student, faculty, and staff vehicles. We've worked extensively on the UT Arlington campus. Campus police or parking enforcement may ask our technician for information—we'll explain we're providing roadside assistance to your vehicle.
Hospital Parking (Medical Center of Arlington, Texas Health Arlington Memorial, Baylor Scott & White Irving, etc.): We regularly assist vehicles in hospital parking lots—visitors, staff, patients. Hospital security rarely questions legitimate service vehicles. If you're at a hospital for a medical emergency, obviously prioritize your health needs, but give us a call once you're stable and we'll get your vehicle running.
Sports and Entertainment Venues (AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Six Flags Over Texas, Toyota Music Factory, etc.): Post-event lockouts, dead batteries, and flat tires are extremely common at major venues. We've serviced countless vehicles in stadium parking lots after Cowboys games, Rangers games, concerts, and other events. During major events, parking lot traffic congestion can delay our arrival slightly, but we navigate these situations regularly.
Construction Zones: The corridor perpetually has road construction—I-30 widening projects, Highway 360 improvements, Loop 820 work, SH-114 reconstruction near Irving, and countless others. Construction affects our routing and your safety. In active work zones, roadside service becomes more complicated due to lane shifts, narrow lanes, concrete barriers, and heavy equipment. We stay updated on major construction locations and plan routes accordingly. If you're broken down in a construction zone, inform our dispatcher—we may coordinate with law enforcement or work zone supervisors for safe service access.
To reach you as quickly as possible and provide the exact service you need, please provide:
Your location: Be as specific as possible—street address, cross streets, nearby landmarks. On highways, provide highway name, direction of travel, nearest exit or mile marker, which side of road (right/left shoulder, eastbound/westbound/northbound/southbound). "I'm on Highway 360 northbound just past the I-30 exit on the right shoulder near the Miller Lite sign" is perfect.
Your contact phone number: Ensure we can reach you when the technician is nearby for final directions or if we have questions.
Service needed: Dead battery (car won't start), flat tire (which tire), locked out (keys inside), out of gas, or describe the problem if it's something else.
Vehicle details: Year, make, model, color—helps our technician identify your vehicle, especially in crowded parking lots or on highways with multiple disabled vehicles.
Safety concerns: Are you in a dangerous location (highway travel lane, blind curve, high-traffic area)? Let us know immediately so we can prioritize accordingly and possibly coordinate with law enforcement.
Special circumstances: Gated community (provide gate code), private property, construction zone, event venue, etc.—helps us plan approach.
Vehicle condition details: Is the vehicle drivable? In gear? Emergency brake engaged? Any smoke, fluids leaking, or fire risk? Helps us prepare appropriate equipment.
The more information you provide, the faster and more effectively we can help you get safely back on the road.
Local technicians, fast response, professional service. We're available Sunday–Friday, 6 AM–11 PM throughout our entire coverage area. Call now or request service online.
