Service Availability and Limitations:
Service availability, response times, and our ability to resolve your roadside emergency may vary based on numerous factors including:
- Geographic Location: While we serve the Arlington–Mid-Cities corridor (Hurst, Bedford, Euless, Irving, Grand Prairie, and Arlington), response times vary based on distance from our Arlington base and traffic conditions
- Weather Conditions: Severe weather (thunderstorms, ice, flooding) may delay response or make some locations temporarily inaccessible
- Traffic Conditions: Rush hour traffic, highway congestion, event traffic, and road closures affect response times
- Time of Day: Service availability is limited to our posted business hours (Sunday through Friday, 6 AM to 11 PM; closed Saturdays). Calls near the beginning or end of our service hours may experience slightly longer response times based on technician availability and positioning
- Technician Availability: During high-demand periods (severe weather, major events, holiday travel), wait times may increase
- Vehicle Type and Condition: Some vehicles (exotic cars, heavy trucks, modified vehicles, electric vehicles with specialized needs) may require special equipment or expertise beyond our standard capabilities
- Problem Complexity: Some mechanical issues cannot be resolved roadside and require professional shop repair
- Safety Considerations: In unsafe locations or conditions, we may need to coordinate alternative approaches or towing rather than roadside service
We strive to provide prompt, professional service to all customers, but we cannot guarantee specific response times or guarantee that all vehicle problems can be fixed roadside. Some situations require towing to a repair facility or specialized mechanic.
